Directions

  1. Thoroughly wash 1 cup of blueberries and ¼ cup of spinach under cool, running, drinkable water.

  2. In a blender, combine the blueberries, kale, 1 banana, ½ cup of frozen pineapple chunks, the juice of ½ lemon, ½ cup of frozen riced cauliflower, 1½ cups of hemp milk, and 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts. Blend well.

  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add ¼ cup more water. If the smoothie consistency is too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again. Cheers, Mama!
