C = cup
T = tablespoon

  • 1 C blueberries

  • ¼ C kale

  • 1 banana

  • ½ C frozen pineapple chunks

  • ½ lemon

  • ½ C frozen riced cauliflower

  • 1½ C cashew milk

  • 1 T chia seeds

  • ice cubes

  1. Thoroughly wash 1 cup of blueberries and ¼ cup of kale under cool, running, drinkable water.

  2. In a blender, combine the blueberries, kale, 1 banana, ½ cup of frozen pineapple chunks, the juice of ½ lemon, ½ cup of frozen riced cauliflower, 1½ cups of cashew milk, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds. Blend well.

  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add ¼ cup more water. If the smoothie consistency is too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again. Cheers, Mama!

  4. Pour any leftover smoothie liquid into ice cube trays to freeze. Once cubes are frozen, transfer them to a labeled and dated ziploc bag. Your future self will thank you kindly.
