Thoroughly wash 1 cup of blueberries and ¼ cup of Swiss chard under cool, running, drinkable water.
In a blender, combine the blueberries, kale, 1 banana, ½ cup of frozen pineapple chunks, the juice of ½ lemon, ½ cup of frozen riced cauliflower, 1½ cups of rice milk, and 1 tablespoon of protein powder. Blend well.
If the smoothie is too thick, add ¼ cup more water. If the smoothie consistency is too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again. Cheers, Mama!
Pour any leftover smoothie liquid into ice cube trays to freeze. Once cubes are frozen, transfer them to a labeled and dated ziploc bag. Your future self will thank you kindly.
