All teas are hydrating.
1½ cups loose leaf tea
C = cup
½ C dried marshmallow root
½ C dried red raspberry leaf
½ C dried chamomile
In a large bowl, mix together ½ cup of dried marshmallow root, ½ cup of dried red raspberry leaf, and ½ cup of dried chamomile.
Transfer to a glass jar for storage.
For best results: Sip on this tea prior to or after your meal—experiment and see what works for you! If nighttime reflux occurs, consider sipping on this an hour or so before bedtime.
Steep 1-2 tablespoons of the dried herbal blend in 8-10 ounces of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
