NAUSEA TEA

  • 1 C dried dandelion leaf

  • ½ C dried red raspberry leaf

  • ½ C dried nettle leaf

  • ½ C dried chamomile

  • ¼ C dried ginger root

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of dried dandelion leaf, ½ cup of dried red raspberry leaf, ½ cup of dried nettle leaf, ½ cup of dried chamomile, and ¼ cup of dried ginger root.

  2. Transfer to a glass jar for storage.

  3. Steep 1 tablespoon of the dried herbal blend in 8-10 ounces of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain. [Kindly note: steeping longer will result in overpowering tastes.]
