Tummy Tamer Tea


2¼ cups loose leaf tea


C = cup



  • ½ C dried dandelion leaf

  • ½ C dried nettle leaf

  • ½ C dried peppermint leaf

  • ½ C dried chamomile

  • ¼ C dried ginger root


  1. In a large bowl, mix together ½ cup of dried dandelion root, ½ cup of dried nettle leaf, ½ cup of dried peppermint leaf, ½ cup of dried chamomile, and ¼ cup of dried ginger root.

  2. Transfer to a glass jar for storage. 

  3. For best results: Sip on this tea prior to your meal. If nighttime indigestion occurs, consider sipping on this an hour or so before bedtime. 

  4. Steep 1-2 tablespoons of the dried herbal blend in 8-10 ounces of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain.

  5. Drink up, Mama!
