In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of dried lemon balm, ⅔ cup of dried chamomile, ⅔ cup of dried linden, ⅓ cup of dried rose hips, and ⅓ cup dried of elder flowers.
Transfer to a glass jar for storage.
For best results: Drink one hour before bed.
Steep 1 tablespoon of the dried herbal blend in 8-10 ounces of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
