All teas are hydrating.
2¾ cups loose leaf tea
C = cup
1 C dried dandelion leaf
½ C dried red raspberry leaf
½ C dried nettle leaf
½ C dried chamomile
¼ C dried ginger root
In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of dried dandelion leaf, ½ cup of dried red raspberry leaf, ½ cup of dried nettle leaf, ½ cup of dried chamomile, and ¼ cup of dried ginger root.
Transfer to a glass jar for storage.
Steep 1 tablespoon of the dried herbal blend in 8-10 ounces of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain. [Kindly note: steeping longer will result in overpowering tastes.]
Sip on tea to ease nausea. Often, one spoonful every few minutes is easiest if nausea is severe.
Drink up, Mama!
