2¼ cups loose leaf tea
C = cup
½ C dried dandelion leaf
½ C dried nettle leaf
½ C dried peppermint leaf
½ C dried chamomile
¼ C dried ginger root
In a large bowl, mix together ½ cup of dried dandelion root, ½ cup of dried nettle leaf, ½ cup of dried peppermint leaf, ½ cup of dried chamomile, and ¼ cup of dried ginger root.
Transfer to a glass jar for storage.
For best results: Sip on this tea prior to your meal. If nighttime indigestion occurs, consider sipping on this an hour or so before bedtime.
Steep 1-2 tablespoons of the dried herbal blend in 8-10 ounces of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
