The Easiest Peanut Sauce

Yields

1¼ cups

Ingredients

  • ½ C unsalted peanut butter

  • ¼ C toasted sesame oil

  • ¼ C soy sauce

  • 2 T rice vinegar

  • 2 T maple syrup

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger

  • dash Sriracha

Directions

  1. In a blender, place ½ cup of unsalted peanut butter, ¼ cup of toasted sesame oil, ¼ cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1 clove of garlic, a 1-inch piece of peeled fresh ginger, and a dash of Sriracha (chili paste could also work here).

  2. Blend until super smooth. Eat up, Mama! 

  3. Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
