Snooze-Inducing Sleepy Tea

3 cups loose leaf tea

Ingredients

SLEEPY TEA

  • 1 C dried lemon balm

  • C dried chamomile

  • C dried linden

  • C dried rose hips

  • C dried elder flowers

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of dried lemon balm, ⅔ cup of dried chamomile, ⅔ cup of dried linden, ⅓ cup of dried rose hips, and ⅓ cup dried of elder flowers.

  2. Transfer to a glass jar for storage.

  3. For best results: Drink one hour before bed.

  4. Steep 1 tablespoon of the dried herbal blend in 8-10 ounces of boiling water. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain.

  5. Drink up, Mama!
