2 piña coladas
C = cupoz = ounce
16 oz frozen pineapple chunks
½ C coconut cream
½ C coconut water
½ C canned crushed pineapple
maraschino cherries, for garnish
In a blender, combine all the ingredients: 16 ounces of frozen pineapple chunks, ½ cup of coconut cream, ½ cup of coconut water, and ½ cup of canned crushed pineapple.
Blend until creamy—thin out with more coconut water or more pineapple juice if needed.
Garnish with maraschino cherries. Cheers, Mama!
