If You Like Piña Coladas

Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen pineapple chunks

  • ½ C coconut cream

  • ½ C coconut water

  • ½ C canned crushed pineapple

  • maraschino cherries, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients: 16 ounces of frozen pineapple chunks, ½ cup of coconut cream, ½ cup of coconut water, and ½ cup of canned crushed pineapple.  

  2. Blend until creamy—thin out with more coconut water or more pineapple juice if needed.

  3. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Cheers, Mama!
