I Can’t See My Toes Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ C unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1 T almond butter

  • 2 Medjool dates

  • 2 t cacao nibs

  • ½ C ice

  • 1 t chia seeds

  • 1 t ground flaxseed

  • 1 t hemp hearts

Directions

  1. In a blender, add ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 2 pitted Medjool dates, 2 teaspoons of cacao nibs, and ½ cup ice; blend well. 

  2. Add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed, 1 teaspoon of hemp hearts and blend the smoothie one more time. Cheers, Mama!

  3. Pour any leftover smoothie liquid into ice cube trays to freeze. Once cubes are frozen, transfer them to a labeled and dated ziploc bag. Your future self will thank you kindly.
